TIBCO plans to launch a new community in early summer 2022 with a new user experience, including enhanced search and expanded capabilities for member engagement with answers and discussions! In advance of that, the current myibi community will be made read only on April 20th, and will be retired on April 30th.  

From April 20th until the new community launches, myibi users should continue to ask questions, provide answers, and engage with peers and TIBCO here in the TIBCO Community WebFOCUS forum. This "stopover" will be temporary until the new community launches this summer.

We appreciate your support, especially during the transition period, and are excited to share more details about the new community capabilities, as we get closer to our launch.

Please note the following steps to "post" a WebFOCUS question and also how to view WebFOCUS questions/answers in the TIBCO Community:

  • Where and how can I post a question related to WebFOCUS?
    • Select "Ask A Question"
    •  enter your question title/text
    •  scroll down the window to "Product" and enter or choose WebFOCUS
    • enter related "tags" 
    • select "Save"
  • And how can I filter for WebFOCUS answers from the "Answers" tab on the TIBCO Community?  I don't see WebFOCUS as a "Product" to filter (see screen shot).
    • We will address this issue - we recommend accessing this page to view all questions/answers related to WebFOCUS.
