Can connect to db server using Workbench, but not Console

Scribe and Microsoft CRM are installed on one server, and SQL Server is installed on a db server.

I have a DTS that I want to convert to a queue-based integration process. The source database is a SQL Server database and the connection is done via an ODBC data source with Windows Authentication. The target database is the SQL Server CRM database and the connection is done via the Scribe Adapter for Microsoft CRM. The DTS works fine.

However, when I try to create a query publisher in Console and connect to the source database via the same ODBC data source using the same Active Directory user name and password, I get the message " [08003] SQL call failed. Connection not open Error opening data source Commercial Data."

The Scribe services all have the logon set to the Local System account.

I know I'm missing something simple, but I can't figure it out.
